Outfit Of The Yesterday (The Sun Is Shining Down For Lovers, But Not For Me It Shines For Others)
♥ About...
Chloe, Colorful Colorado. 5'8" (only) when teetering in her highest 6 inch Miu Miu platform heels. Likes fashion, broccoli, ice cream, clarifying that she does not eat ice cream with her broccoli as to not cause worldwide panic, hoarding beauty products & pretty shoes, tickle fights with her husband (he would like to clarify that he does not like them back, OKAY?), anything covered in sprinkles, any alcoholic beverage made with Tang, live music, clicking the camera, sarcasm fonts, vases stuffed full of pretty flowers, and laughing hard until her belly hurts. Wants an adventurous life, lots of puppies, to never obtusely wander around with her fly down, and to be an iconic Diane Von Furstenberg wrap dress with a bright, festive print when she grows up. This is where she bravely documents it all. (oh you really want more, do you?)

Chloe my love, you look fabulous! Love the Manolos, very Carrie Bradshaw, no? And the bag is stunning too. Of course, I'm sure all this complimenting can't fix your flare up. But I hope it helps a little. Take care!

Another fantastic look, and love the pop the Manolos give to this outfit. The necklace? Never would have guessed it is from Forever21! I hope you're feeling better - sorry it hit during a little get away!
ReplyDeleteOMG those shoes! I think I just died. I'm sorry about those flares but at least having a chihuahua to dress in costumes and sombreros all the time must cheer you up! Hope you feel better!
ReplyDeleteso beautiful!! love the shoes
ReplyDeletePretty! I love the colors used here, and I never thought to pair those beautiful mustardy yellow shoes with a whisper purple top.
ReplyDeleteCompletely off topic, but since I've found a kindred spirit in the "song stuck in my head department" I have to share that last weekend for 2 nights in a row, I kept dreaming of Robin Thicke singing Lost Without U over and over. I didn't see him, I just heard him as if it were on a radio. When I woke up I sang it over and over (very poorly) and listened to it on iTunes over and over. By day 3 it was completely gone and I couldn't remember the name of the song. Weird, right?
I didn't mention it before, but I really like the new furniture!
ReplyDeletethat bag is to die for as are the shoes! and you got some great legs lady!
ReplyDeleteLove the wild aster top and petunia's wild eyebrows! The shortee shorts looks great on you. Hope you are feeling better! :) Alie
ReplyDeleteYou look so bright and lovely it's hard to imagine you ever feeling under the weather. Esp in those shoes!
ReplyDeletePetunia is adorable in her sombrero. I love your outfit! And can I say that I absolutely love the change in furniture. As always, you have great taste!
ReplyDeleteComplex Cardigans

Sorry to hear about the Lupus flares, hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteBTW, those shoes are awesome. I have been looking for yellow shoes for a while.
I frequently check for your new posts, but infrequently post. This time, I just have to say: I want the top and I want the necklace. The shoes perfectly pop and I LOVE YOUR NEW BAG!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteFeel better soon! & I am looking forward to more outfits!
I'm sorry to hear you weren't feeling well. I get migraines which are often totally unexpected and make me useless for the better part of a day or more, and while they probably don't compare to Lupus, I understand the frustration that comes with these types of chronic health issues. That being said, you look amazing, and um, Petunia in her sombrero? Someone's ready to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, hmm? ;)
ReplyDeleteYou look so lovely. Sorry to hear about the stress and flares! :(
ReplyDeleteOn a side note...I ordered the J. Crew herringbone cargo dress in xxs during their recent sale...was able to get it for about $35! Big thanks to you for sharing the dress the other month...I would have never ordered it for fear of it being too long. I am so anxious to get it...I hope it fits!
::wolf whistles:: Nice gams, lady!
ReplyDeleteI just ordered those shorts from BR on Friday in the gray, and I'm so happy to see that they look fabulous on. Of course, I don't have your figure, but that's another matter entirely. Besides, clothes are supposed to TRANSFORM one's body right? Riiight?
Hope you're feelin' better Chloe! I highly recommend singing pop songs badly into a mic with RockBand. It's quite an uplifter (and not just for kids, unless you count 30 and juvenile as "kid").
Whooo! The new furniture is GORGEOUS!!
ReplyDeleteChloe _ just posted on your fb fan page! Wanted to let you know that you make Lupas look great! Your one strong woman and so very brave for hitting it head on and not letting it control your life! Keep on looking great!
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Ruby
I too have a disease that has it's flare ups...and i too have a permanently clenched jaw. I can completely understand why you need the hiatus! I hope you're feeling much better today.
ReplyDeletei love the new furniture, z gallerie has really nice furniture. and your outfit, TDF!! i'd have never put together something so adorable, love it :)
