Ted's Montana Grill, that is. I wish I could say I did something glamorous yesterday, but unless shoving a bbq chicken sandwich into my face at Ted's counts (come on! bbq! chicken! sandwich! paper straws! epitome of fabulousness!) readers, I'm afraid I did not.
I didn't even go shopping. Well. Okay. I'm telling a tiny lie- I did peek into the White House Black Market since it was right next to Ted's Montana Grill and calling my little name. And I spied this. And I grabbed it, quickly tried it on, squealed to myself as the salesclerk said, "Oooh!", came home, and quickly ordered the heck out of it with a 20% off code plus free shipping- but aside from that, nada.
I know, right? I really must be not feeling well. Pfft.
(But Cyber Monday is in a mere 48 hours, darlings, and I make absolutely no promises there, especially because I also spied this at WHBM and it's even more lovelier in person with a black sash tied around it, and whoa.)
I did get dressed up for dinner out though, mostly because I felt like it. Which I think is always the best reason to do something, hm? And I also reeeeally wanted to wear my little Ann Taylor Herringbone Sheath dress since it was super freakishly nice and warm outside, you know- before Madam Mother Nature remembers that it's supposed to be late fall (not summer) and decides to dump five feet of snow on us again.
The result? Husband said I looked very "Breakfast at Tiffany's-ish" (bonus points for him!), my dad asked me if I'd like to borrow one of his salt n' pepper onion rings to wear as a bracelet (har har), and it was a very lovely evening with the fam indeed:
